Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, there may be additional delays.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may experience an additional 3-5 business days of processing time. We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Domestic Delivery
Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note, transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
Cucu Drops is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or logistical disruptions.
Refused, Lost, or Stolen Packages
In the event of a refused package, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees. Refunds will only be processed after the product is returned to us.
Cucu Drops is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order will have moved into the fulfillment stage. If the order has shipped, customers must refuse the package or process a return.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Cucu Drops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
If the tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but the customer did not receive the package, Cucu Drops is unable to issue refunds or replacements. Customers are advised to check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
Returns
To receive a refund, all products (including empty or partially used bottles) must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. Include your order ID, full name, and contact details.
